Weekly crime reports from the Sheriff’s Department’s North Coast Station for August 18-24 for the cities of Encinitas, Del Mar and Solana Beach. All those arrested in these crime reports are presumed innocent.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a grand larceny call at 9:58 a.m. Aug. 18 at Rancho Encinitas Dr, Encinitas. The victim, 45, reported the theft of a backpack ($30), various documents/ID ($32), a portable music radio ($1,000), a passport ($100), and US currency ($6 dollars).
Stevenson, 37, was cited and released on felony possession of a controlled narcotic substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 2:21 a.m. on August 18 at Leucadia Blvd, Encinitas. K Crouch, 36, was also cited and released on felony possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 2:21 a.m. on August 18 at Leucadia Blvd, Encinitas.
Krawczyk, 29, was cited and released on a misdemeanor charge (to a person) at 8:48 a.m. from August 18 at Freda Ln, Cardiff by the Sea. The 56-year-old victim reported apparently minor injuries.
Buchanan, 31, was arrested at 7:56 a.m. on Aug. 18 on S. Cleveland St, Oceanside, and was booked into the Vista Detention Center for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and felony warrant by other agency.
Keliikoa, 40, was cited and released on felony charges of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 7:15 a.m. Aug. 18 at W. Valley Parkway, Escondido.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a felony fraud call at 2:33 p.m. on August 18 at Playa Riviera Dr, Cardiff by the Sea. The 52-year-old victim reported intangible personal identification information stolen ($0).
Leahy, 23, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 18 on W. Valley Parkway, Escondido, and was booked into the Vista Detention Center on a felony warrant by another agency.
Stryker, 30, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 18 on Lomas Santa Fe Dr, Solana Beach, and booked into the Vista Detention Center on felony possession of a controlled narcotic substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of controlled substances and use/under the influence of controlled substances.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a felony grand larceny call at 8:00 p.m. on Aug. 18 on S. Coast Highway 101, Encinitas. The 21-year-old male victim reported the theft of a brown Aventon Aventure bicycle ($2,000).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a vehicle theft call at 5:51 p.m. on August 18 at Wales Dr, Encinitas. The 55-year-old male victim and the 24-year-old female victim reported the theft of a black four-door sedan ($6,000) and a black pickup truck ($5,000).
Arriaga, 35, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on Aug. 19 at Leucadia Blvd & Moonstone Ct, Encinitas, for felony possession of stolen vehicle/vessel and felony theft of vehicles from other agencies. D. Muehlhauser, 32, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on Aug. 19 at Leucadia Blvd & Moonstone Ct, Encinitas, for felony possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and felony possession of stolen vehicle/vessel. E. Martinez, 37, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on Aug. 19 at Leucadia Blvd & Moonstone Ct, Encinitas, for felony possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession/unlawful use of tear gas/tear gas weapon. The 61-year-old male victim reported that a dark green pickup truck ($3,000) and a backpack (value unknown) were stolen from him.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a misdemeanor assault call at 11:09 p.m. on Aug. 19 on Highway 101 in La Costa S., Encinitas. The 25-year-old male victim reported apparently minor injuries.
Norton, 48, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on Aug. 19 on S. Coast Highway 101, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Center on a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.
Work, 53, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Aug. 19 on S. Coast Highway 101, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Center on misdemeanor counts of public drunkenness and misdemeanor obstructing/resisting peace officers/emergency medical technicians .
Napolskiy, 29, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on Aug. 19 on N. El Camino Real, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Center for misdemeanor public drunkenness.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a vehicle theft call at 8:04 a.m. on Aug. 19 on Sheridan Rd, Encinitas. The 41-year-old male victim reported the theft of a white four-door sedan ($80,000) and miscellaneous items ($1,600).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a petit larceny call at 3:40 p.m. on August 20 at S. Sierra Avenue, Solana Beach. The male victim. 33, reported theft of sports equipment ($450).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a petit larceny call at 3:34 p.m. on August 20 at Leucadia Blvd., Encinitas. The 30-year-old victim reported stolen earrings ($200) and a watch ($150).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a petit larceny call at 3:34 p.m. on August 20 at Leucadia Blvd., Encinitas. The 28-year-old victim reported the theft of US currency ($300) and credit cards ($0).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary (commercial) call at 3:05 p.m. on Aug. 20 at N. El Camino Real, Encinitas. The business victim, a grocery store, reported the theft of liquor ($161).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary (vehicle) call at 12:31 p.m. on August 20 at 100 9th St, Del Mar. The 41-year-old male victim reported that a backpack ($40), a wallet ($100), and a card/ID ($0) were stolen from him.
Tejeda, 46, was arrested at 9:37 a.m. Aug. 20 on N. Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, for misdemeanor throwing substances at a vehicle on the road and misdemeanor summons and released under active warrant. The 57-year-old victim did not report any injuries.
Espinoza-Torres, 42, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on Aug. 20, on S. Nardo Ave, Solana Beach, and booked into the Vista Detention Center for misdemeanor DUI.
Husted, 52, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. Aug. 20 at Camino Del Mar & 13th St, Del Mar, and booked into the Vista Detention Center for misdemeanor DUI.
Green, 42, was cited and released on a misdemeanor citation and released on an active warrant at 3:16 p.m. on August 20 at State St, Carlsbad.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary (commercial) call at 9:55 a.m. Aug. 20 on N. El Camino Real, Encinitas. The commercial victim, a store, reported miscellaneous clothing ($2,472), shoes ($473), bags ($189), pants ($430), a necklace ($431), and a cash register ($46).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for narcotics at 3:20 p.m. on August 21 at S. Nardo Ave, Solana Beach. Narcotics found include amphetamine/methamphetamine.
Bezerra, 29, was cited and released on misdemeanor assault (on a person) at 2:15 a.m. on August 21 on the 101 freeway in Costa S., Encinitas. The 24-year-old victim reported an apparent minor injury.
Foreman, 37, was cited and released on a felony charge of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia at 11:00 p.m. on Aug. 21 at N. Vulcan Ave., Encinitas.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a misdemeanor vandalism ($400 or less) call at 9:14 p.m. on August 21 at Jimmy Durante Blvd, Del Mar. Victim, confidential, reported damaged video/photo CDs ($250) and miscellaneous item ($5).
López, 46, was arrested at 4:31 p.m. on Aug. 21 on Santa Fe Dr, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Center for misdemeanor public drunkenness.
Reulein, 58, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on Aug. 21 on Encinitas Blvd, Encinitas, for felony vandalism ($400 or more). Male victim, 41, reported damage to a gray sedan (4-door) ($1,300).
Nachbar, 28, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. on Aug. 21 at Requeza St/Interstate 5 (Northbound), Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Center for misdemeanor public drunkenness.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary call (residential) at 3:58 p.m. on August 21 on Melba Street, Encinitas. The victim is a 62-year-old man.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a petit larceny call at 1:46 p.m. on Aug. 21 on S. Coast Highway 101, Encinitas. The 64-year-old victim reported the theft of a wallet ($63), a card/ID ($35) and a credit card ($0).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a felony grand larceny call at 12:07 p.m. on August 21 at Santa Fe Dr, Encinitas. The 37-year-old male victim reported that a wallet ($100), a card/ID ($35) and a credit card ($0) were stolen.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a felony theft (vehicle) call at 7:31 a.m. Aug. 21 on S. El Camino Real, Encinitas. The 44-year-old victim reported the theft of a purse ($50).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a misdemeanor call at 12:55 a.m. Aug. 21 on S. Coast Highway 101, Encinitas. The 53-year-old male victim reported apparently minor injuries.
Ramírez, 45, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Aug. 21 on Santa Fe Dr, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Center on misdemeanor counts of public drunkenness and felony assault with a deadly weapon. The 31-year-old male victim reported apparent minor injuries. Santos Ribeiro, 24, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. Aug. 21 on S Coast Highway 101, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Center on a misdemeanor charge of being intoxicated in public
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary (vehicle) call at 7:13 a.m. Aug. 22 on Via Molena/via Terrassa, Encinitas. The 27-year-old male victim reported the theft of a lock ($300) and a miscellaneous item ($200).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a found property call at 2:13 p.m. on August 22 at Neptune Ave, Encinitas. Found property includes a Martin & Guitar Co SPDC-16TR.
Pikes, 54, was cited and released on a felony charge of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia at 7:45 a.m. Aug. 22 at W. Valley Parkway, Escondido.
Pruitt, 63, was cited and released on felony charges of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 7:45 a.m. Aug. 22 at W. Valley Parkway, Escondido.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a felony grand larceny call at 5:47 p.m. on Aug. 22 at Solana Cir, Solana Beach. Male victim, 41, reported auto parts stolen ($2,500).
Matias, 27, was cited and released for the crime of driving with a suspended license at 3:38 p.m. on Aug. 22 on Balour Drive, Encinitas.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a found property call at 2:48 p.m. on Aug. 22 on Highland Drive, Solana Beach. The property found includes a license plate.
Gómez, 38, was cited and released for possession of controlled substances at 12:56 p.m. on Aug. 22 at S. Tremont St, Oceanside.
Pena, 29, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 22 on S. Cleveland St, Oceanside, and booked into the Vista Detention Center on a felony warrant by another agency.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary (commercial) call at 9:18 a.m. Aug. 22 on Via De Santa Fe, Rancho Santa Fe. The female victims, ages 37, 38 and 49, and the male victims, ages 26 and 60, reported the theft of seven computers ($14,900), a box ($1,850), a shirt ($350), items of miscellaneous clothing ($350) and miscellaneous papers. ($1).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a felony theft (vehicle) call at 11:30 a.m. on August 23 at Westlake St, Encinitas. The victim, age 20, reported the theft of several documents/IDs ($0).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a found property call at 11:10 a.m. Aug. 23 on N El Camino Real, Encinitas. Property found includes a gray Apple iPod digital music/video device.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a petit larceny (larceny) call at 10:47 a.m. Aug. 23 on N. El Camino Real, Encinitas. The business victim, a store, reported the theft of miscellaneous items ($384).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a felony fraud call at 9:13 a.m. of August 23 at Hillcrest Dr, Encinitas. The 29-year-old male victim reported the theft of intangible personal identification information ($0), a checkbook ($0), checks ($0), and a passport ($165).
Daniel, 46, was arrested at 9:23 a.m. Aug. 23 on Camino Del Mar, Del Mar, and booked into the San Diego Central Jail on a felony charge of theft. The 27-year-old victim reported it stolen and recovered a dress bag ($200), a wallet ($300) and a speaker ($200).
Sanchez, 31, was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on Aug. 23 on W. Valley Parkway, Escondido, and was booked into the Vista Detention Center on a probation violation.
Keliikoa, 40, was cited and released on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance at 7:30 a.m. Aug. 23 on W. Valley Parkway, Escondido.
Quintero, 34, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Aug. 24 on N. Coast Highway, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Center on a misdemeanor warrant.
