With the proposed relocation, students living in the Zutano subdivision would go to Fallbrook district schools, and students living in the Meyer subdivision would go to Bonsall district schools. The relocation will help keep communities together and make school bus routes more efficient.
The Oceanside Unified School District board will meet in closed session at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday to discuss property negotiations, labor negotiations and litigation. Open session begins at 6 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., the court will hold a public hearing to renew a waiver related to the sale of the former Pacifica Elementary School. The waiver will allow the district extra time to complete the sale.
