Weekly crime reports: Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach

Weekly crime reports from the North Coast Station Sheriff’s Department July 1-10 for the towns of Encinitas, Del Mar and Solana Beach. All detainees on these crime reports are presumed innocent.

Phillip Underwood, 61, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on July 5 on Santa Fe Drive, Encinitas, and reserved in San Diego Central Prison on suspicion of a felony by order of another agency.
