Tyler Hansen, 27, was summoned and released for a misdemeanor felony of being drunk in public at 12:41 p.m. from July 4 on South Coast Highway 101, Encinitas.

Phillip Underwood, 61, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on July 5 on Santa Fe Drive, Encinitas, and reserved in San Diego Central Prison on suspicion of a felony by order of another agency.
